well , if everyone realized how govcorp was manipulating the whole of society and decided to stop supporting it.

my whole point is that that is ACTION

not supporting something is as much of an action as supporting it

all I am saying is there is no way there can be no action

whenever there is more than 2 people, there is some kind of social interaction

you're extrapolating that basic premise to political ideology

for me . i think i choose not to be a part of the whole . i think it's self preservation.

i don't want to be part of this society. i don't feel any obligations towards the betterment of it. reason being that i sense that society wants to continue down the same old road. that i don't want any part of.

but basically - what the heck was i thinking all those years ago when i was willing to let the government hold and invest my savings from my paycheck with out realizing they would use my money to control me?

I hope you're able to get some of it back at some point

if they mess with SS and medicare for anyone over the age of 30, there are going to be problems

30 year olds have time to adjust....but unfortunately, they will probably still pay the ss and medicare taxes even though they will never get anything back

i hope in the future

( due solely to my lack of contribution to society in the present )  


that no one has to worry about medicare because america will get it's act together and find a way to have  adequate free  healthcare for every person in the country guaranteed as a basic human right and so stated in the constitution.

to be honest, when i was in college, I thought that by now we would have medical care for all (paid for by basic taxes), that we would not only have bases on the moon, but we would have been to Mars and starting to set up bases there

that most homes would have some kind of solar power, even if it's just a small panel to run their water heaters
wind mills would be everywhere

and on and on

but none of it

because instead

we have fed the military industrial complex
and wasted our tax money on killing

a great opportunity has been wasted.

and it seems like now it probably won't ever happen in our lifetime .

I have given up thinking there will be health care in my lifetime

look at how these people are fighting obama's attempt...yes, it isn't perfect, but at least it's an attempt

but they'll ruin it for another 30+ years because until the collective human consciousness realizes health care is a right and not a privilege the greedy will continue to run it

some things should be not for profit...health care one of them
