and my job had another layoff . Not many people left.

soon, it will become transparently obvious that the center is not holding..

one good thing, I got my daughter to stock up and to think of how to save money and cook from scratch..

but I still kind of hope she can make it here if the s*** hits the fan,...


on another note, it's supposed to snow 3-6 inches tonight.

and by Tuesday it will be 50.

here right now it's 50 and raining, sunday and monday we are supposed to get snow and sleet.

rumors are flying at my place. The company has been in the same town since 1965. seems the grocery cashiers know more about whats happening there then the employees

it must be so nerve wracking for you and everyone else..

people will start to crack under the strain.

yesterday was kind of sad though.

people were crying and stuff.

I just hope that when things start to improve in the economy that there will be a way fro me to make some money.

I understand that..they are trying to reformat the entire country into their version of Utopia..

but what will that mean as far as jobs and talents and experience..ect..


what will jobs be?  all government?

or manufacturing? (very little of that right now)


or will we all be ekeing out a living on our postage stamp gardens..
