with the new board seems to come new spam .

i think we got almost as many banned ip's as with the old board and they just keep on coming.

I know, I see them trying to get in at The Bastion all the time.
I'm still surprised I haven't seen any spambot accounts myself
yet. Xoops isn't as fancy in the options as SMF is for making it hard
for them to register.

You'd think after a while the bots' programmers would get the
hint that we aren't going to give up fighting them.
